I loved the fact that everything was electronic… filling out forms, secure transfer, etc. Worked quickly and good communication about timeline. I started this process with another firm before finding Mr Chau and was so glad I moved on to him. This was much more efficient and I feel confident about the documents. Clear communication about expectations on both sides and very professional.

Johann helped me to transfer property into my trust, and did so without any issues. On the original call, he detailed very clearly what the timeline would be, what steps would need to be taken, and what the total costs would be. Nothing hidden and no additional surprises during the process. Everything was done very professionally and I can tell that he reviews documents very carefully. The first time I had documents notarized, he noticed minor inconsistencies that some may have overlooked but he caught and had them re-notarized so that no future legal issues may arise. Also, the man is a public notary himself, so he can assist with that if needed. Would gladly work with him again.
